Bitlocker unlock

Hello ,

 I instered a hard drive in my system and afterwards by mistake click on the Enable Bitlocker Window. I cancelled the process and pulled-out the hard drive but now I cannot revert nor add a key to the bilocker window .

What can it be done , I have some very important data and I do not want to format the hard drive .
