WPAD file deployment with DHCP

hi,

We have configured a WPAD file with DHCP server include some url exception from ISA 2006 proxy server.

now issue is that when i want to bypass the another one url too with existing WPAD file , it is not getting bypassed.

I have tried so many things, 

1. reconfigure  the scope 252

2. clear the client cache

3. reconfigure the WPAD server

but still getting no luck..
